Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Star Signal API ("Service"), operated by Futurotek LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Star Signal API aggregates publicly available forecasts from financial astrology publishers, processes them using AI to extract structured market signals, and delivers those signals as a JSON REST API. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. API Keys & Account Access

• API keys are issued per client and must not be shared, resold, or embedded in public client-side code.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key.
• We reserve the right to revoke or rotate keys that are compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
• Free tier keys are limited to 100 API calls per month. Paid tier limits are specified in your plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to build a competing data aggregation or API resale product without written permission.
• Scrape, mirror, or cache API responses beyond your application's operational needs.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI extraction methodology or circumvent rate limits.
• Present API data as your own original research or remove source attribution.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

Insights are AI-extracted from third-party publisher content. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of the data. Past astrological correlations with market movements do not guarantee future results. Do not make investment decisions based solely on this data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Star Signal API software, infrastructure, and original content are owned by Futurotek LLC. Source article content remains the property of the original publishers and is attributed accordingly in every insight record.

7. Payments & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futurotek LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading losses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may terminate by stopping use and contacting us to delete your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
